Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The intention is to award this contract to L1 Enterprises, due to their organization are exclusive verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and they are the only IPA’s government distributor as an authorized source for this service.
