## Description

The purpose of this amendment 0003 is to changed as follows:

**1. Revised Technical and Documents:** The statement of work and drawing are hereby replaced to the version dated January 21, 2026.

**2. Additional Submission Requirement - SUBCONTRACTING:** If the offeror contemplates subcontracting of more than 50%, it must obtain prior written approval of each subcontractor from the PCO or ACO and include with its technical proposal data the following information: (1) the names and addresses of the subcontractor(s), (2) the type of subcontracting, and (3) the estimated price of each subcontract. Therefore, the closing date is extended from 13 FEB 2026, 1000 Hrs (KST) to 23 FEB 2026,1000 Hrs(KST). All questions should be emailed to:

**PROJECT TITLE:** MATOC WORK PLAN, EXPANSION OF DOORSTOP PARKING APRON ON OSAN ABPROJECT LOCATION: OSAN AB THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD A TASK ORDER PURSUANT TO THE FAIR OPPORTUNITY PROCEDURES OF FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION SUBPART 16.505. ALL ELIGIBLE AWARDEES UNDER THE MATOC FOR LCS PROJECTS WILL BE PROVIDED A FAIR OPPORTUNITY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES MAKING AN AWARD BASED ON INITIAL PROPOSALS WITHOUT CONDUCTING EXCHANGES.

THEREFORE, EACH OFFEROR?S INITIAL TASK ORDER PROPOSAL SHOULD CONTAIN ITS BEST TERMS. THE GOVERNMENT, HOWEVER, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONDUCT EXCHANGES WITH ONE, SOME, OR ALL OFFERORS, IF IT IS DETERMINED TO BE IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE GOVERNMENT.THIS IS A MATOC WORK PLAN RFP FOR THE FOLLOWING CONTRACTORS ONLY:W91QVN-24-D-0059, -0062, -0063, -0064, -0067, -0069, -0070, -0073, -0076, -0078, -0084, -0085. OFFERORS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:A.

**SITE VISIT:** OFFERORS WHO INTEND TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR ANY OF THE REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO THIS SOLICITATION ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. SITE VISIT WILL BE CONDUCTED 30DEC2025 AT 0930 HOURS, MEETING AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF BUILDING 600, OSAN AB.B.

**PROPOSAL SUBMISSION:** PLEASE SEE SECTION L FOR DETAILS OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION. THE PROPOSAL PACKET SHALL BE SUBMITTED BY 1000 HOURS ON THE CLOSING DATE OF THE RFP. C. IF THE CONTRACTOR IS UNABLE TO SUBMIT THE PROPOSAL IN RESPONSE TO THE RFP, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT A NO OFFER LETTER BY THE DATE AND TIME SPECIFIED IN THIS SOLICITATION.THE ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE FOR THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $1,000,000 AND $5,000,000.
