## Description

See attached RFI and Salient Characteristics but refer to below for general description. 1 Refueling Vehicle description. The Refueling Vehicle shall be a tank truck that will receive, transport, store, and pump jet fuels in accordance with ASTM D910, ASTM D1655, MIL-DTL-5624, MIL-DTL-25524, MIL-DTL-83133, GOST 10-227, MoD Def Stan 91-91, MoD Def Stan 91-87, ASTM D6615, and ASTM D7566. Excluding the 3% expansion space, the Refueling Vehicle shall have a 5,000 gallon capacity and shall be capable of the following:

Issuing fuel to aircrafts at volumetric flow rates of up to 300 gpm through a filtration system, a flow meter, a primary and secondary pressure control system, a ground servicing hose, and a single point nozzle. Defueling aircraft into the cargo tank through the single point nozzle, ground servicing, the filtration system, and the flow meter at a minimum flow rate of 80 gpm without the assistance of aircraft boost pumps and at flow rates of at least 300 gpm with the assistance of aircraft boost pumps. Bottom loading fuel into the cargo tank at flow rates up to 600 gpm with overfill protection.
