Excluding the 3% expansion space, the Refueling Vehicle shall have a 5,000 gallon capacity and shall be capable of the following: Issuing fuel to aircrafts at volumetric flow rates of up to 300 gpm through a filtration system, a flow meter, a primary and secondary pressure control system, a ground servicing hose, and a single point nozzle. Defueling aircraft into the cargo tank through the single point nozzle, ground servicing, the filtration system, and the flow meter at a minimum flow rate of 80 gpm without the assistance of aircraft boost pumps and at flow rates of at least 300 gpm with the assistance of aircraft boost pumps.
