The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is for market research and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The Army Contracting Office is seeking information from all interested and qualified sources to identify potential vendors capable of providing a full range of services and technical data deliverables in support of a new product. The information gathered will be used to determine the best acquisition strategy for future requirements.
