## Description

We cordially invite industry partners to attend our upcoming industry days, showcasing premier events for both an Armored Brigade Combat Team (Fort Cavazos, TX) and an Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT) (Camp Shelby, MS). These events are critical in supporting our rotational training unit's mission to achieve higher training readiness levels. Your participation and collaboration are invaluable in helping us enhance our capabilities and readiness for future challenges. XCTC 24-06, 53rd IBCT.

The Army National Guard (ARNG) Exportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) Industry Day is scheduled for July 13, 2024, at Camp Shelby, Mississippi, to provide attendees with the opportunity to witness the 53rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT) rotational exercise by current contract requirements. Additionally, this event will serve as a platform for attendees to receive briefings on updates to the ARNG training strategy, particularly within the XCTC Program, and to gain insights into ongoing contract efforts.

During this sponsored event, attendees will be privileged to photograph various materials, training sites, and ARNG Government-Furnished Property (GFP). The itinerary includes a concise tour of the XCTC Program, visits to a specific range of operation sites featuring personnel and equipment sourcing, insights into exercise support coordination efforts, and opportunities for one-on-one discussions to address vendors' questions.

Advance registration is mandatory for those seeking one-on-one talks with the Army Contracting Command-Orlando representatives and the XCTC Program Manager. Following the successful conclusion of XCTC 24-06, the 53rd IBCT training event will achieve significant milestones. Notably, readiness will increase through Platoon and Company STX lanes with enabler integration, Firing Platoon Artillery Table XII, and staff training focused on the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) at the Brigade and Battalion levels.

Command post operations across all echelons of the Brigade using digital and analog systems, as well as mobility, counter-mobility, and Survival operations in a contested environment.
