## Description

This requirement is for an annual maintenance service contract for the Government owned Hologic Panther and Panther Fusion Laboratory Instruments, to include all labor, parts, material, and travel, to repair and /or maintain the Government owned equipment, in a fully functional condition in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications
