## Description

The Fort Bragg Contracting Cell (FBCC), Fort Bragg, NC intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source award for a service requirement for simulator warranty service for Womack Army Medical Center in support of the Department of Medical Education and Research. This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes only as a synopsis for quotes and a written solicitation will not be issued at this time. The solicitation number is W81K0425QA044 and will be issued as a request for quote (RFQ) at a later date. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 611710, Educational Support Services. PSC Code:J069 The small business size standard is $24M.

**DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:** Womack Army Medical Center, Department of Medical Education is requesting a sole source contract for warranty services for the Orthopedic Simulation Equipment.

Current warranty will expire on 31 October 2025. Warranty service will need to cover and support warranty services on the VMS-1346, Ergonomic Platform, Arthros Hip Module, Arthos Shoulder Module and RCR module, and Arthros Knee Module with AANA ACL and Meniscal repair module. for a period of performance to begin 1 November 2025, through 31 October 2028.
