When submitting your quote used the conformed copy of the solicitation (Solicitation Amendment - W81K0226QA0150001 Conformed Copy) 01.21.2026 Amendment 0002 was issued to remove the Salient Characteristics removing the requirement to be Joint Commission accredited.
