## Description

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to award a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract for the remote troubleshooting and problem resolution for the iSTAT Automated Manual Entry (AME) interface and HL7 Interface for Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii, in accordance with the specific tasks listed in the performance-based statement of work.

Contractor personnel shall be trained and certified for maintenance service on the Government-owned Abbott iSTAT1 Analyzers. Contractor shall also provide, at no additional charge to the Government, replacement of products specified in the performance-based statement of work, which are deemed to be malfunctioning after consultation with contractor technical support personnel.

Malfunctioning products covered under this contract will be replaced with a replacement product shipped to the Government’s designated location via an overnight courier, priority service when possible. This requirement is for a period of performance from 1 October 2025 through 30 September 2030, plus FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend.

The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Abbott Laboratories Inc. Abbott Laboratories is the only source that manufactures and distributes services for the Abbott i-STAT1 Analyzer system. The server used for data management and result interfacing requires software upgrades, which is proprietary to and distributed exclusively by Abbott Laboratories.

This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The NAICS code of this procurement is 811210 and the size standard is $34M.
