## Description

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific (MRCO-P) intends to make a sole source/one source award to Beckman Coulter, Inc. for Beckman Coulter Urinalysis Analyzer and Reagents for Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii.

The NAICS code for this procurement is 325413. The statutory authority permitting this award without providing full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) which authorizes the Government to award contracts when there is only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. This announcement fulfills the synopsis requirements under FAR 52.201 and 5.203.
