## Description

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract for non-personal services for Non-Emergent Ambulance Interfacility Patient Transport (IFPT) Services for Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), HI. The Contractor shall provide ambulance units, crews, and equipment sufficient to transport TAMC patients to and from Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), surrounding identified facilities and Hickam Airfield.

Transportation services shall be required on the island of Oahu, specifically from Tripler Army Medical Center, Hickam Passenger Terminal, Schofield Barracks Acute Care Clinic, The Queen’s Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente Hospital, Kapiolani Medical Center, Kuakini Rehabilitation Facility, Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific, Skilled Nursing Facilities (non-residential), and other non-residential medical facilities.

Contractor care shall cover the range of Emergency Medical Transport Ambulance Services provided in the local community to include Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and treatment of physiological incidents. This requirement is for a one-year period of performance 01 October 2025 – 30 September 2026, plus four one-year options, and the FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services and will be solicited 100% Unrestricted.

This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 621910 and the annual size standard is $22.5M. All contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) registry with NAICS Code 621910 prior to award. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
