## Description

This Sources Sought is for FDA approved blood gas reagents and consumables (supplies) and additionally for the maintenance and user training (services) in support of two (2) government owned Roche b221 analyzers at Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA for October 2025 – September 2027. Estimated workload/use is 3,600 for each assay below. The contractor must provide: Reagents and Consumables (Supplies).

Blood gas reagents compatible with two (2) government owned Roche b221 analyzers in support of 3,600 Annual Reportable Results for each assay: pH (Blood Gas) pO2 pCO2 hCO3 Total Hemoglobin Methemoglobin Oxy Hemoglobin "Carboxy Hemoglobin" Ionized Calcium Creatinine Sodium Potassium Glucose Lactic Acid Calibrators and quality control supplies ready to use. Test electrode must include but not limited to:

pH, pCO2, pO2, HCT, NA, CL, K, Ionized calcium, Glu, Lac, Bun, Creat, tHB, O2Hb, COHb, MetHb, SO2% Maintenance (Services+Supplies): Preventive/scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, IAW manufacturer guidelines, including any parts, for two (2) Roche b221 analyzers to include ancillary equipment (computer, printer, UPS, ETC.) Manufacturer software updates as required User-replaceable maintenance items/tools/supplies Emergency repair services to be on-site within four (4) hours Training (Services): On-site training for analyzer operation and user maintenance for 8 lab technicians This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
