## Description

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific (MRCO-P) at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to award a sole source contract to Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Informatics, Inc. for non-personal services for RALS™ Web3 licenses and a virtual server capable of interfacing with all current and future Point-of-Care (POC) testing devices and non-automated POC testing at TAMC, Hawaii.

The current POC devices that need interfacing are 40 Abbott Glucose Module devices, 25 Abbott i-STAT analyzers and 1 CLINITEK STATUS urinalysis analyzer. In the future, this system must be able to add additional connectivity to other POC Testing devices with very limited to no downtime. Period of performance is 23 June 2024 – 22 June 2025 (base), plus four (4) one-year options with FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.

The contractor shall provide a virtual server with an approved Authority to Operate (ATO) capable of interfacing with all current and future Point-of-Care-Testing devices. The contractor shall provide tools, diagnostic equipment, software, hardware, firmware, materials, supplies, repair parts and materials not furnished by the government necessary to keep the system operational to manufacturer’s specifications, seven (7) days per week including federal holidays.
