The purpose of this Solicitation, Amendment 0004 is to provide the following:

1. Incorporate the maintenance service agreement in the Statement of Objectives dated 15 July 2026.

2. The proposal submission date will be extended to 21 July 2026 at 1:00 PM CST.

3. All other solicitation terms and conditions will remain the same.
