## Description

The purpose of this Solicitation, Amendment 0002 is to provide the following:

1. Provide the answers to the Offeror's questions received in response to the solicitation issued on 1 April 2026.

2. Incorporate the revised Statement of Objectives dated 10 April 2026 for the Hematology Testing Requirement.

3. The proposal submission date will remain the same - Monday, 27 April 2026 at 1:00 PM CST.

4. All other solicitation terms and conditions will remain the same.
