The delivery date will be no later than 30 May 2026 (Brand Name or Equal) to the Irwin Army Community Hospital (IACH), Fort Riley, Kansas, 66442-4030. In accordance with DoDI 6055.12 Section 3.8 (2), the hearing both must meet current American National Standard Institute - ANSI/ASA S3.1, ANSI/ASA S3.6, and other industry standards for audiometers. Offeror must transport, install, train personnel on usage/mintenance, and warranty equipment. The offeror must be the manufacturer or an authorized distributer from the manufacturer.
