## Description

FDA approved, AATB and TJC compliant Maxxeus Allograft Human Product Maxxues Allograft Costal Cartilage (2) <= 0.8 cm 4936-25 QTY 12 each Maxxues Allograft Costal Cartilage (2) <= 0.8 cm 4935-25 QTY 12 each Maxxues Allograft Costal Cartilage (2) <= 0.8 cm 4929-25 QTY 12 each Maxxues Allograft Costal Cartilage (2) <= 0.8 cm 4938-25 QTY 12 each Salient Characteristics: - Must be Food and Drug Administration (FDA), American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB), and regulated by The Joint Commission (TJC) compliant. - Must be able to meet standards set forth by the FDA, AATB and TJC and conform to the rules and regulations set forth by the Army Medical Command. - Must be able to provide a myriad of different tissues, allografts, and supplies associated with surgery. - May provide safe biologic, metal, and synthetic implants. - Must provide clinical solutions to wound management, reconstructive surgery, abdominal, and incisional management, but not limited to the items previous cited in the memorandum. - Must have expediated delivery.

Must be able to deliver within 24 hours of receiving an order. The Government will award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the best value to the Government and provides fair and reasonable price. The quote shall conform to the solicitation and be advantageous to the Government. Award will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process.
