My partner, Diana, and I are the owners of XMS, Inc. — would we need to be SBA-certified as a WOSB in order to be eligible to submit a bid? Solicitation W81K00-25-Q-A192 is set aside as a 100% small business set aside, so if you’re a small business under the NACIS code listed in the solicitation and meet the requirements you should be okay to submit a bid. 3. Additionally, the solicitation references a total of 130 units, but the attached inventory appears to list only 79. Could you please clarify whether the total quantity to be serviced is 130 or if the inventory list reflects the actual scope? On the provided Attachment B Pricing Matrix there is a total of 130 pieces equipment.
