**THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO:**

(1) INCORPORATE CLIN 0011 "POST AWARD CONFERENCE" WHICH WILL SATISFY THE $100.00 MINIMUM GUARANTEE ESTABLISHED FOR THE RESULTANT IDIQ CONTRACT AND (2) UPDATE THE STATEMENT OF WORK TO SPECIFY THE DELIVERY TIMEFRAME FOR IOFLUPANE. Solicitation W81K00-25-Q-A125 is hereby issued for various radiopharmaceuticals in support of Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX.
