The SPD Section shall issue the Contractor decontaminated/cleaned instrument sets for inspection, assembly, and packaging. The Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) anticipates the volume of instrument sets as ranging from 200-230 for every official “Surge Event” identified by BAMC. A set is defined as a group of instruments classified as having a unique entry in the CensiTrac system. All services shall be performed onsite. Neither the Contractor, nor its contract personnel, are permitted to remove any government-owned material from the MTF at any given time. The requirement is expected to result in the award of a single Firm-Fixed Price contract. This requirement will be solicited as competitive total small business set aside using Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Source Selection procedures. The period of performance is a base year of 1 Feb 2024 – 31 July 2024.
