## Description

Ground Ambulance Services to include all functions, tasks and responsibilities normally performed by a ground ambulance emergency response and transport organization for (8) ground ambulances 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 or 366 days a year providing the experienced professional services of a Physician Medical Director, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), Paramedics, and a Senior Level Paramedic that shall serve as an On-Site Program Manager in support of U.S. Army Medical Department Activity (MEDDAC) Fort Bliss Operational Area-Ranges, Fort Bliss, El Paso Texas and White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico.
