The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West awarded a sole source contract to Hologic Sales and Services LLS for non-personal, maintenace and report service for the GOvernment-Owned Hologic Mammography System at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado. The system, which includes new replacement parts, software updates, license, and patents covering the intricate designs of the instruments, is proprietary in nature and therefore, only Hologic can maintain the government owned Hologic Mammography System at EACH in accordance with OEM specifications.
