Please complete provisions, as listed in the solicitation. Alternately, complete all provisions in SAM and provide confirmation of completion and accuracy with offer. Potential contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. The SAM website is http://www.sam.gov.
