**Subject:** Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West intends to issue a sole-source contract to Omnicell, Inc. for WIN2019 Server Upgrade, includes OC Remote Access license, WIN2019, OC Server WIN2019 21-175 devices and OC Virtual Test server for the government-owned Omnicell Server located at Evans Army Community Hospital.

The sole-source contract will have a performance period of 1 March 2024 - 28 February 2025. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 513210, Software Publishers. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 513210 is $47M.
