## Description

Brooke Army Medical Center Department of Pathology and Area Laboratory Services (DPALS) requests that the existing contract W81K00-23-D-0009, a firm- fixed-price through an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract agreement issued to South Texas Blood and Tissue Center (STBTC), be modified to realign blood product quantities based on changing patient population requirements, and consolidate all available specialty products, testing, and services under one CLIN to accommodate any unforeseen unique patient requirements.
