The scope of the Search House construction will consist of living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, AAR, utility, electric room, simulated basement etc.Building footprint is 615 square meters (37.5mX16.4m). The exterior of this building will be prefinished insulated metal wall panels on structural steel frame. The roof will be prefinished insulated metal panel in a gable configuration over steel structure. No water and sewer services will be needed for the building. No utility connection to appliances and plumbing is needed. An above-ground simulated tunnel system consisting of Reinforced Concrete Pipes and four (4) concrete entryways will be installed.
