The purpose of this effort is to provide services for planning, operating, and maintenance of the Web Compliance Assessment and

Sustainment System-Enterprise (WEBCASS-E) platform, as-is without enhancements, and the analysis of data therein. The strategic goal of the WEBCASS-E platform is to provide robust data collection, workflow management, and approval processes for
