The United States Government (USG) Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) is seeking qualified sources to provide spares for the AH-64 Apache, Backshell, Electrical Connectors. The Backshell is essential for electrical system and must meet stringent Government performance requirements for material composition, environmental sealing Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) shielding to ensure safe and reliable aviation operations. NSN: 5935-01-470-7027 P/N: HS5842ZS1303L Estimated Quantity: 45 minimum / 225 maximum The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to procure the Backshell, Electrical Connectors. Delivery Schedule: The anticipated delivery schedule is 4 EA for the first eleven months, and 1 EA for the last month, unless the Contractor can deliver all assets on the first delivery. Delivery Location: TBD This acquisition is anticipated to be awarded in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 13, Simplified Procedures for Noncommercial Acquisitions, procedures. The resulting contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 60-month period of performance with five-priced ordering periods.
