It has been determined the Government’s needs can be met in the commercial marketplace; therefore, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures will be used. This is a not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). A Product Verification Audit (PVA) IS required. There is no Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) available to support the Overhaul of the subject item.
