These PBL services will also include the performance of supply chain management for all Apache AH-64D/E airframe PBL components; stockage, storage, and maintenance of inventory; issuance of required Apache AH-64D/E airframe PBL components to Army Aviation and Missile Command Life Cycle Management specified delivery points; receipt of retrograde unserviceables, repairable Apache AH-64D/E aircraft PBL components to include packing and shipment of retrograded items; loading of software, configuration management of Apache AH-64D/E aircraft PBL components, and equipment and support for aircraft integration efforts. There was one external condition that affected this requirement and acquisition. Without the award of a UCA, all sustainment support activity for the AH-64D/E secondary assets supported would cease without contract coverage on 01 May 2024.
