Please download and review update to section L. Pre-Proposal Conference / Site Visit Details: Pre-Proposal Conference (PPC) will be held the morning of 6 December at 1000 CET on installation. Building Location will be given to attendees through email coordination. Site visit will be conducted immediately following the PPC. Transportation from the PPC to the site visit will be provided. Access is still limited to 4 personnel per firm. ACTION REQUIRED: If you will be attending the PPC and Site Visit, pass coordination is a must. If a potential offeror already has access, they will still be required to submit a request through the Contracting office. The guaranteed minimum amount over the life of this contract is $500.00. F.
