The delivery trucks/tankers must have a 40 foot of hose to reach the tanks as well as a 4\" cam-lock and drop elbow end to allow for a gravity drop into tanks. The Government is seeking quotes from industry to support this requirement no later than 29 September 2025. Please see the attached RFQ for additional terms and conditions.
