Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition for the Common Sensor Payload (CSP) Production and System Support Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract under the Authority of 10 United States Code (U.S.C.)

Section 3204(a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquistion Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements This J&A provides authority to extend the ordering period from five (5) years to ten (10) years from 13 September 2024 to 12 September 2029 and will not change the current ceiling of $427,298,588.00 which was approved prior to IDIQ award via J&A control number JA-C-17-437.
