The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center, Research and Technology Integration (RTI) Directorate is seeking information from industry regarding potential approaches to address challenging Radar ATR problems.
