Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements", the Government intends to solicit a new sole-source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), one-time buy contract with 100% option to Dillon Aero Inc. for the procurement of National Stock Number (NSN) 1005-01-490-9688, part number DA1000/13001661, BOLT ASSEMBLY.
