**Solicitation:**

**W56HZV-23-Q-0148 Amendment:** 0001 1. The purpose of this Amendment is to:

a) Extend the Offer Due Date from 2024 April 23 to 2024 May 09. 2. All other terms and conditions, except for those addressed above, remain unchanged and are in full force and effect.

ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND – Detroit (ACC-DTA) is soliciting for a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract to PEWAG Inc. or the companies authorized to sell on behalf of PEWAG, for the item specified. Under the authority of FAR 13.501(a), "Sole source (including brand name) acquisitions.”, the Government intends to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to PEWAG Inc., or the companies authorized to sell on behalf of PEWAG Inc. for the Chain Assembly, Tire, NSN: 2540-01-498-8821, Part Number A01SV.
