All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16) within 30 days after the date of publication of this solicitation. The solicitation will be for a 5-year requirements contract for the Stryker FoV requirements in the area of Retrofit, Welding repair, and Refurbishment services. Performance of these services is anticipated to begin 01 April 2024 and continue for five consecutive years. A U.S. Government Technical Data Package (TDP) is not available for this procurement action.
