The modification is for the procurement of the Warfighter Information Network – Tactical (WIN-T) Next Generation (NG) Point of Prescence (POP) A-Kit and Soldier Network Extension (SNE) A-Kit used on the Stryker Family of Vehicles (FoV). The WIN-T NG POP and SNE A-Kit cannot be procured from sources other than General Dynamics Land System because competing the WIN-T NG POP and SNE A-kits for the current need would cause an unacceptable delay resulting in reduced warfighter readiness.
