Description: The Kentucky Army National Guard intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to Air Rescue System for the UH60-L (attached) Fluid and Dynamic Hoist Training. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or quotation which shall be reviewed for capability of performing the training by the Government. The Government will consider responses received by the deadline set in this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining how to proceed with the planned sole source acquisition for this requirement. The Government will not pay for any information, or quotes, received in response to this announcement. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611519, with a small business size standard of $34M. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Department.
