A BPA is NOT a binding contract, but just an agreement between the U.S. Government and a vendor to provide propane delivery services to the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC), Baumholder, and Wiesbaden locations in Germany. The BPA shall not exceed 60 months/5 years and the proposed BPA ordering period shall be as follows: **Ordering Period I:** From date of BPA issuance through 365 days thereafter Ordering Period II: From the end of Ordering Period I through 365 days thereafter Ordering Period III: From the end of Ordering Period II through 365 days thereafter Ordering Period IV: From the end of Ordering Period III through 365 days thereafter Ordering Period V: From the end of Ordering Period IV through 365 days thereafter The estimated usages are expected to 11,000 Liters of propane per annum. This is just an estimated amount and may increase or decrease based on actual usage. The Government is seeking sources who have the capability to supply the Government with LPG to the KMC, Baumholder, and Wiesbaden locations in Germany.
