Resolve an Army's Contract Writing System (ACWS) malfunction which resulted in numerous duplicated Contract Line Items (CLINS), provisions, and clauses. It was not possible to delete duplicated content in a satisfactory manner. Therefore, to resolve this malfunction, the Solicitation number is changed from W564KV25RA002 to W564KV25RA023.
