Draft performance work statements (PWS) are attached to this synopsis to provide industry and early look of the Government’s requirement. Vendors are encouraged to review the draft PWSs and submit any questions using the “Industry Questions to Government” (attachment 3) to the Government. This synopsis is being posted in accordance with FAR Part 5.203. The Government anticipates offering a Site Visit in Normandy, France. Further details, date & time, will be specified in the solicitation. This synopsis is not Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Proposal (RFP), or a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an IFB, RFP, or RFQ in the future.
