## Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide victim advocacy services in support of the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) G9, Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) Programs, Army Family Advocacy Program (FAP). The requirement is currently operating under contract W564KV-20-C-0004. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over Contractor employees’ performing the services herein. Such Contractor employees shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
