## Description

This is a service contract needed to meetcontinuing IT support requirements of The Army Sustainment Command. The G3 Conference Center is a newly updated facility in building 390 and will receive the same in-scope services as the initial eight (8) facilities under contract. The Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Facilities Maintenance services contract provides maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and upgrades to all firmware/software associated with the command's VTC suites located in Buildings 350 and 390 on Rock Island Arsenal.
