## Description

On September 10, 2025, ACC-RI awarded the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-4 Hardware (ITES-4H) IDIQ contracts to 49 vendors, including 40 small businesses and 9 large businesses, in support of the Army’s Digital Market/CHESS program. ITES-4H is a competitively awarded, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), 10-year, $10 billion decentralized contract vehicle established to meet the Army’s IT hardware requirements as a follow-on to ITES-3H. The contract provides a streamlined mechanism to procure a full range of IT equipment, ensuring continuity and support for the Army’s modernization efforts.
