## Description

This is a synopsis for the M1A3 Bangalore Torpedo Demolition Kit. The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI), on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager for Close Combat Systems intends to award a contract for the M1A3 Bangalore Torpedo Demolition Kit (Department of Defense Identification Code:

**MP03 / National Stock Number:** 1375-01-528-7226) to Accurate Energetic Systems, LLC located at 5891 Hwy 230 West, McEwen, TN 37101 as a 100% Women Owned Small Business set aside in accordance with 15 U.S.C. 637(m), as implemented by FAR 19.1506, WOSB Program sole-source awards. The ceiling for this firm fixed price contract is $7,000,000.00.

The soliciation is planned to be released during the 4th quarter of fiscal year 2024. This notice of intent is NOT a FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) and is only a synopsis for the acquisition and production of the M1A3 Bangalore Torpedo Demolition Kit.
