## Description

See attached RFI Attachment for details, and Attached Performance Work Statement for complete requirement description. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tobyhanna Division, intends to issue Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to qualified sources. All BPA requirements for Winter Loader Rentals shall be competed amongst all BPA holders. Responses to this notice shall be provided via email to the POC listed below by August 23, 2024 at 10:00 AM est.
