This service contract encompasses all operations related to Basic Life Support (BLS) Emergency Medical Services (EMS), including standby, emergency and non-emergency response, and patient treatment and transport services for the Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) Fire and Emergency Services Branch (F&ESB).
