The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential businesses interested and capable of providing the services described below. Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA 18466 is seeking a contractor to upgrade/replace the existing PAVIS Video system on base. The prospective contractor shall be responsible for the design, supply, and installation of all equipment, including any and all licenses, labor, materials, supervision and management required to complete the project. Reference Attachment 1 – SOW (DRAFT) for a detailed breakdown of the requirement. The Government intends to issue a solicitation and award a firm fixed-price (FFP) contract for this requirement. It's anticipated this solicitation will be issued around late May to early June 2024.
